How & when do I take MuscoMax?
Men can take 4 capsules of MuscoMax on an empty stomach 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime while women can take 3 capsules
on an empty stomach 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.


Can competitive athletes and/ot Olympic athletes use MuscoMax?

Are there any steroids in MuscoMax?
